BACHATA LESSON#1— have fun !!!

I cant see anything through the hoodie. you gotta FEEL the music, DON’T THINK about it. just do it!! Understand the timing, ALWAYS BE 2 COUNTS AHEAD OF THE MUSIC.

Understand where your body is and where it needs to be by the 4 count.  A great way to test your leading & following skills is to try the turn patterns with your eyes closed. YOU DON’T NEED TO SEE ANYTHING …EVERYTHING IS DIRECTED THROUGH TENSION AND HAND SIGNALS.

Once you’ve mastered the art of “blind bachata”, the dance floor is at your mercey. “may the bachata force be with you.”
